Please be aware that glass and cans are not allowed inside the festival site. The organisers appreciate your kind co-operation in this matter.

Bottles & Cans
Please be aware that glass bottles and cans will not be permitted anywhere within the festival site. Security will be extremely vigilant and you will be asked to return these to your vehicle.

Drinks
Wines, beers and soft drinks will be available for purchase at standard bar prices.

Food
A variety of hot and cold snacks will be available from our catering outlets.

Picnic Tables
Although the use of tables is not encouraged, they will be permitted in designated areas.

Gazebos
A limited number of pitches are available at a cost of £30 per day (gazebo not included).

Seating
Please bring your own chairs and picnic rugs.

Disabled Access
Please ask the stewards at the gates to be directed to our disabled parking area.

Dogs
Not allowed anywhere within the festival site.

Safety
No naked flames including barbecues, candles, flares and lanterns.

Car Parking
There will be a £2 charge for car parking.
Wellington Country Park is on the Hampshire/Berkshire border between Reading and Basingstoke. It is just off the A33 on the B3349, near the village of Riseley, and is easily accessible from the M4 J11 and M3 J6.

From junction 11 of the M4 follow the A33 south towards Basingstoke. The Park is signposted from the roundabout at the end of the dual carriageway.

From junction 6 of the M3 follow the A33 towards Reading; continue past the Wellington monument (LHS), turning right at the next roundabout.

Layout Of Festival Arena
Conditions of sale:

  • Tickets cannot be exchanged nor can money be refunded.
  • Each member of the audience must possess and retain a valid ticket to gain admission.
  • Ticket holders consent to audio/visual recording of the audience for publicity purposes.
  • Audio/visual recording is not permitted by members of the audience.



The Promoter reserves the right to:

  • Change the venue and date of the event within the immediate locality and within reason, should the venue become unavailable due to circumstances beyond their control.
  • Refuse entry to, or eject the ticket holder from, the concert.Change the running order and general timings.
  • Make any changes to the programme due to unforseen/unavoidable circumstances.
  • Cancel or abandon the event for reasons beyond their control without notice and without liability to pay any person compensation or damage whatsoever, other than a ticket refund at the promoter's discretion.
