the family festival
The Bootleg Beatles
One of the longest established tribute acts in the world, The Bootleg Beatles are famous for their stunningly accurate portrayal of the fab four.
Their fastidious attention to detail in the music, costumes, mannerisms and even humour is truly a delight to behold.
The band played at our inaugural Marvellous festival in July 2003 and we are absolutely delighted to have them back in this our 10th year!
T Rextasy
This great band has proved itself year on year to be an absolutely show-stopping favourite with the Marvellous crowd.
Fronted by the uncannily Bolanesque figure of Danielz, they deliver hit after hit in a show brimming with electric energy.
If you've never seen them before, and especially if you're not particularly a fan of the original band - you'll be gobsmacked at the number of tunes you know and love!
We love to boogie!!!
Fleetwood Bac
Hands up if you've ever owned a copy of Rumours by Fleetwood Mac . . .
One of the most successful albums of all time - in the region of 20 million copies - provides many of the hits for this act.
They also include renditions of a couple of the original line up's classics such as Oh Well and Black Magic Woman.
Great vocals, great guitar playing, great songs, great wigs . . . what more can we say?
The Fillers
One of the most successful bands of recent years, The Killers have already provided us with classics such as Mr. Brightside and Human.
The Fillers put on a great show for us in 2010 and it's a real pleasure to welcome them back for what promises to be the best Friday concert in our ten year history.
The Great Pretender & HRH
Yes they're back. It seems that Marvellous is incomplete without the crowd-pleasing anthems of We Will Rock You, Radio Gaga, and We Are The Champions!
Steve Littlewood's Freddie is hugely entertaining - with all of the camp posturing and outlandish flamboyance that made the original such a force to be reckoned with.
The image, the voice and the energy is all there, and the band are simply superb.
Definitely not to be missed!
The Ultimate Michael Jackson
Robert Alexander Giles is unique. There are so many 'wannabes' out there who have all the right moves . . . but can't sing!
Robert has it all and he proved the point at last year's show when he 'tore the roof off' capturing the imagination of the crowd with a flawless solo performance.
This year he's back with a bigger and better show - and a new energy that only a live band can bring. We can't wait.
He's a joy to work with - a real gent - and we know that you're just going to love him! Check out the videos . . .
Black Eyed Peaz
It's always nice to bring something fresh to the table at Marvellous and what better to put a big smile on everyone's face than these guys?
With a raft of the most infectious Pop/RnB hits - stretching back to when the band first formed in 2003 - they are guaranteed to please.
Rock That BODY!!!!!
Legend
Kick back on a summer afternoon with the cool sounds of Reggae from the best Bob Marley & The Wailers tribute in the world.
With a killer bass, superb harmonies and a beat that's impossible to ignore - Legend return to Wellington Country Park to spread a little happiness and sprinkle their particular kind of magic over the crowd.
Bet you know every song!
Coldplace
Shane Crofts AKA Chris Martin and the boys are back with a rousing set of Coldplay anthems.
This is another band that truly delivers. Great renditions of all the classics - plenty of scope for crowd participation. Everything from Yellow to Paradise.
Check the video page to catch the band playing Fix You at a festival in the Dominican Republic.

The Sweet
Unforgettable superstars of the 70s Glam era and beyond, The Sweet features Marvellous Festivals' very own Pete Lincoln - pictured left - as frontman.
Pete says "It's an absolute joy to bring the band to perform at my own festival after all these years. The show is a lot of fun and of course features all the hits, performed with a high energy. I really think the Marvellous crowd will love it!"
Wig Wam Bam, Blockbuster, Teenage Rampage, Ballroom Blitz, Love Is Like Oxygen . . . and more!
